IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Triathlify training plans are designed for healthy individuals only. Before beginning any exercise program, including our training plans, you must consult with a qualified healthcare provider or physician to ensure you are medically cleared for physical activity. We assume no liability for any injuries, health issues, or adverse effects that may result from using our training plans.
1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Triathlify website, mobile application, or any services provided by Triathlify ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Medical Disclaimer and Health Requirements

2.1 Health Status Requirement

Our training plans and services are designed exclusively for healthy individuals who are medically cleared to engage in strenuous physical activity.

Before using any Triathlify training plan, program, or service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from safely participating in triathlon training
  • You have consulted with a qualified healthcare provider, physician, or medical professional and received medical clearance to engage in the physical activities prescribed in our training plans
  • You understand that triathlon training involves inherent risks of physical injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, cardiovascular events, and other serious injuries
  • You will immediately discontinue use of any training plan if you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other adverse symptoms

2.2 No Medical Advice

Triathlify does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our training plans, recommendations, and content are for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or your fitness to engage in physical activity. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or learned through our Service.

2.3 Training Plan Limitations

Our AI-generated training plans are based on general principles of triathlon training and the information you provide. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

  • The appropriateness of any training plan for your specific physical condition, fitness level, or medical status
  • The intensity, volume, or difficulty level of any training plan being suitable for your individual needs
  • The accuracy of training plan recommendations being too hard, too light, or otherwise inappropriate for your circumstances
  • The safety or effectiveness of any specific workout, exercise, or training session

You are solely responsible for determining whether any training plan, workout, or exercise is appropriate for your individual circumstances and physical condition.

3. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of Triathlify's services and participation in any training activities recommended or suggested by our platform involves inherent and significant risks of physical injury, illness, disability, and death.

These risks include, but are not limited to:

  • Physical injuries such as muscle strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, tendonitis, and joint injuries
  • Cardiovascular events including heart attack, stroke, arrhythmia, and cardiac arrest
  • Overuse injuries, stress fractures, and chronic pain conditions
  • Heat-related illnesses, dehydration, and electrolyte imbalances
  • Accidents during swimming, cycling, or running activities
  • Aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions or injuries
  • Psychological stress, anxiety, or other mental health impacts

You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Triathlify, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our services or participation in any training activities.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Liability for Training Plans

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Triathlify expressly disclaims all liability for any injuries, illnesses, disabilities, deaths, or other damages that may result from your use of our training plans, workouts, or services.

We specifically disclaim liability for:

  • Training plans being too hard, too light, or otherwise inappropriate for your fitness level or physical condition

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Personal injury or death
  • Property damage
  • Medical expenses
  • Lost wages or earning capacity
  • Emotional distress

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4.3 Maximum Liability

To the extent that our liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Triathlify expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Warranties that any training plan will be appropriate, safe, or effective for your individual circumstances
  • Warranties regarding the results you may achieve from using our training plans

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Triathlify, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
